I have been a part of Stacey Lauren’s Do The Thing world now for about 1 ½ years. It has changed me in many ways! She teaches the power of simple dares!

In my Menopause Fat Loss Group I am doing a Free 17 Dares to a healthier YOU. It is a Beta Challenge. Each Day I assign a new Dare. Day 1 was today and the Dare was to add a fermented Food to your day of eating.

What is a fermented food? It is a food that is good for your gut Micro Biome.

Examples of Fermented Foods:

Dairy: Yogurt, kefir, cheese, sour cream

Vegetables: Sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles

Soybeans: Tempeh, miso, natto

Grains: Sourdough bread

Drinks: Kombucha, wine, beer, apple cider vinegar/

Tomorrow, I am going on an adventure! After Church I am meeting up with a local Tik Tok specialist! She is going to teach me Tik Tok selling 🙌. I continue to challenge myself . Sadly, I did not make it into the Amazon Influencer program BUT I did make it into the Walmart program. If you don’t use your skills, You lose your skills. I am all about continuous improvement in every are of my like!
