Are You Sweet?
Easter is coming and you gave up sugar ! Now What ??

Hi Loves Welcome! This is where we talk Food, Fitness, Fat loss and Faith
I spent the whole week with my newest Sugar free friends! It is amazing how your body and metabolism can heal when you give up all forms of sugar.
What do you do when holidays roll around ?
This, I can help with. My goal is that you never feel deprived only empowered! I am going to share a few recipes I use all the time when I holidays come or we have company. No one misses the sugar.
Peanut Butter Mousse
A rich, creamy, low-carb dessert made with just 6 simple ingredients.
Ingredients
1 cup whipping cream
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup peanut butter (natural, no sugar added)
¼ cup sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, or your choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Whip the Cream
In a chilled bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.Mix the Base
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.Combine
Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined and no streaks remain.Serve
Pipe or spoon the mousse into dessert cups. Chill for 30 minutes or serve immediately.
Lime Cheesecake Whip
Light, tangy, and creamy — this no-bake treat is refreshingly simple and keto-friendly.
Ingredients
1 cup (240g) marscapone, softened (if not available you can substitute cream cheese, full fat)
1 cup (240ml)heavy cream
⅓ cup (60g) allulose (or sweetener of choice, to taste)
3 tbsp lime juice (about 1 lime)
Zest of 1 lime
Instructions
Blend the Base
In a mixing bowl, combine marscapone cheese, sweetener, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.Whip the Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.Combine & Zest
Gently fold the whipped cream into the marscapone cheese mixture. Add the lime zest and blend until the mixture is firm and fluffy.Fill the Cups
Transfer the fluff to a piping bag and pipe into 6 dessert cups. Alternatively, spoon the mixture in.Garnish & Serve
Top with extra lime zest and a slice of lime. Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
Sugar Free Frozen Raspberry Cheesecake Bombs
These creamy, fruity bombs are a low-carb dream—perfect for satisfying sweet cravings while staying in ketosis.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup fresh raspberries
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
¼ cup powdered sweetener (adjust to taste)
2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Prepare Strawberries
Wash and hull the strawberries. Cut them in half and mash with a fork for a chunky texture, or blend in a food processor for a smoother consistency.Mix the Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed strawberries, cream cheese, heavy cream, softened butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract.Blend Until Smooth
Use an electric mixer to blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.Fill the Molds
Spoon the mixture into 24 small silicone molds using a small cookie scoop.*If you do not have molds you can use an ice cube tray or muffin tin
Freeze
Place molds in the freezer for 1–2 hours until set.Store
Once firm, remove from molds and store in a freezer-safe container. Keep frozen for up to 3 months.
