👩‍🍳Food : The Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies (no sugar)

Still one of my favorite that I make weekly for my husband. I store them in the refrigerator as they are best cold .

Make delicious gluten free peanut butter cookies with just 3 ingredients! This easy recipe can be made in one bowl and is perfect for a keto diet.

Ingredients: 

1 cup unsweetened peanut butter

1c granulated sugar or sugar substitute 

1 egg

1t vanilla extract 

sugar free chocolate chips (optional)

mix and let set 10 min then . Scoop and flatten. Bake 10-15 300 degrees  minutes or until fragrant.  Cool and enjoy ❤. #glutenfree  #cookies #peanutbutter  #treat  #baking #pastrychef
