I Got Flagged for Telling the Truth

It makes me angry

I have been having a great time with social selling on Tik Tok!

I went live on TikTok and shared how giving up sugar helped me regulate insulin and drop clothing sizes—no products, no false promises. Yet it got flagged as a “claim.” Meanwhile, videos pushing junk food and “cheat day feasts” go viral daily.

There’s a reason we’re being kept in the dark about what processed carbs actually do—and it’s time you see it for yourself.

Giving up processed carbs is important for women over 50 because it helps reduce insulin resistance, balance hormones, and prevent the midlife weight gain that’s often blamed on aging—but is really driven by blood sugar spikes

The problem is that marketing is clever and can keep us buying products that “look” and “sound” healthy but are not. The companies don’t make money if you don’t continue to eat their “food”.

I will keep spreading the word in some form even if I have to be clever 😀. I am really passionate about nutrition.

Fitness: I want to encourage you to not get overwhelmed. Try a 10 minute tabata in the morning or evening. You will be surprised how much you can do ! You can swap our any exercise for the ones I wrote down.

20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest × 8 rounds = 4 minutes per block

🔥 10-Minute Full Body Tabata Workout

Use tabata music on YouTube or Spotify

⏱️ Minute 0–1: Warm-Up

Do each for about 15 seconds:

  • March or jog in place

  • Arm circles

  • Bodyweight squats

  • Torso twists

Block 1 (Minutes 1–5): Lower Body + Core

Alternate between these two movements for 8 rounds (4x each):

1. Jump Squats (or Air Squats)
Explosive power or just solid form—either works.

2. Mountain Climbers
Keep your core tight and drive knees toward your chest quickly.

Format:

  • 20 seconds: Jump Squats

  • 10 seconds: Rest

  • 20 seconds: Mountain Climbers

  • 10 seconds: Rest
    → Repeat 4x (total 8 rounds = 4 minutes)

Block 2 (Minutes 6–10): Upper Body + Core Burn

Alternate between these two:

1. Push-Ups (regular or on knees)
Focus on form and full range of motion.

2. Plank Jacks
In a plank, jump your feet in and out like jumping jacks.

Format:

  • 20 seconds: Push-Ups

  • 10 seconds: Rest

  • 20 seconds: Plank Jacks

  • 10 seconds: Rest
    → Repeat 4x (total 8 rounds = 4 minutes)

💨 Minute 10: Cool Down

  • 30 seconds: Forward fold (hamstring stretch)

  • 30 seconds: Shoulder/arm cross stretch

  • Deep breathingNow for the positives!
