I have had SO MANY conversations and online chats about this... and it still surprises me how many women struggle with it.

It’s that mindset of: “I can’t do this.”

“Whether you think you can or you can’t… you’re right.”

I hear it all the time when it comes to health, fat loss, or even making money online:

  • “I can’t give up sugar.”

  • “I tried Amazon videos once but didn’t get sales.”

  • “I don’t think I could ever stick with a program.”

(And let’s be honest — “try” usually means I gave it one week and expected overnight success.)

But here’s the truth: if you THINK you can’t… you won’t.

For the past 20+ years, I’ve been proving to myself over and over that you can do things. Whether it was learning how to drop 50 lbs in midlife, start a Podcast, open a bakery, become a fitness chef, or turning Amazon reviews and TikTok videos into income streams ,even opening a Shopify store. Now I am certified to be a Women’s Leadership Facilitator !

Another entrepreneur I follow has this simple line I love:
“You can just do things.”

It’s true.
You can try a new recipe.
You can post your first video.
You can start walking daily.

Will everything “work”? Nope.
Will you stumble? Maybe.
But will you still be exactly where you are now if you never start? YES.
