🥗 Make It From Scratch – Simple Dressings You’ll Love!

When we make it from scratch, we control what goes in it! Have you looked at store-bought labels lately? So many unnecessary ingredients! Here are two simple dressings to keep on hand:

🥒 Homemade Ranch Dressing

✅ 1 cup mayonnaise
✅ 1 cup buttermilk
✅ 2 tbsp green onion, chopped
✅ ¼ tsp onion powder
✅ 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
✅ 1 clove garlic, crushed
✅ ¼ tsp paprika
✅ ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
✅ ¼ tsp salt
✅ ¼ tsp black pepper

Directions: Combine all ingredients well and store in the refrigerator.

🧀 Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing

✅ 2 cups mayonnaise
✅ ½ cup buttermilk
✅ ½ cup small curd cottage cheese
✅ ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
✅ 1 clove garlic, crushed
✅ 1 tsp salt
✅ 3 oz crumbled blue cheese

Directions: Blend well and store in a container with a tight-fitting lid in the refrigerator.
