4️⃣ Never take criticism from someone you wouldn’t take advice from.
5️⃣ The magic you are looking for is the work you are avoiding.

🍽 Food: Chuck Roast in an Instant Pot or Slow CookerI love meals that make eating healthy simple and delicious. 

There’s nothing like a tender, juicy chuck roast that practically melts in your mouth. Perfect for meal prep and packed with protein, this dish is simple yet delicious.

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 3–4 lb chuck roast

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup bone broth

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

🔥 Instant Pot: Sear the roast, add ingredients, set to high pressure for 60 minutes, then natural release.
🐢 Slow Cooker: Place everything in the slow cooker, set on low for 8 hours, and let it do its magic!

Let’s get moving! This month, I challenge you to 30 minutes of movement each day—indoors or outdoors. It doesn’t have to be complicated. Choose dance, walking, sprinting, swimming, sports, strength training, yoga, Pilates, aerobics, or anything that gets you moving.

Not sure where to start? Just put on some music and dance around your living room! 🎶

🔥 Fat Loss: It’s Not Your Fault

Before I was the Crazy Grandma I am now. I spent a lifetime following these rules. I was told as young girl I was too fat. I was told by my well meaning parents, mean kids and doctors. Now I know better and I will never go back.

For years, we were told these lies:
🚫 Eat low-fat
🚫 Use vegetable oil
🚫 Avoid the sun
🚫 Avoid red meat
🚫 Limit eggs, salt, and butter
🚫 Load up on grains

Now we know better. Real, whole foods. Healthy fats. Quality protein. That’s how we take back control!
