Lean and Clean: Nourish Your Body, Strengthen Your Spirit 🍽️💪

Let’s Talk Fitness, Food, Fat loss and Faith

Happy Christmas Week ! As we dive into this season, I’m thrilled to connect with you on the pillars that guide our journey: Food, Fitness, Fat Loss, and Faith. Let’s focus on how we can feel empowered, stay active, and live joyfully with intentional choices.

Food: Nourishment for Body and Soul

This week, try a simple sugar-free treat to satisfy your sweet tooth: Greek Yogurt Chocolate Mousse. It’s creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced. You’ll love how quick it is to whip up and how it keeps you aligned with your health goals.

Greek Yogurt Chocolate Mousse:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2–3 tbsp sugar-free sweetener (Allulose, stevia, monk fruit, or erythritol), to taste

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract.

  2. Whisk the mixture until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  3. Divide the mousse into small bowls or glasses.

  4. Optional: Sprinkle with sugar-free chocolate chips or garnish with fresh berries for a pop of color.

  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving for a firmer texture.

Tips:

  • For a richer taste, use full-fat Greek yogurt.

  • Add a pinch of sea salt to enhance the chocolate flavor.

  • This recipe doubles easily if you’re serving a crowd!

Let me know if you’d like any variations, such as adding peppermint extract for a festive twist!

Fat Loss: Progress, Not Perfection

If you’re feeling stuck, remember the basics:

  • Hydration: Are you drinking enough water?

  • Protein: 30g per meal keeps hunger at bay.

  • Movement: A daily walk can make all the difference.

Let’s keep refining and adjusting. What small win can you focus on today?

Faith: Grounded and Grateful

As the holidays approach, take a moment to pause. Reflect on what you’re grateful for and trust in the path you’re walking. Faith is the fuel that sustains us, and it’s always worth cultivating.
