Fitness: Are you staying consistent with your workouts? Remember, movement is medicine. This week, focus on combining strength training with low-impact exercises like Pilates or yoga. Your body will thank you for the balance. I like 3 days strength and 3 days pilates. Remember that Water Fitness you get both đź’«
Fat Loss: Plateaued? Try this tip: Increase your daily protein intake to 50g per meal, and ensure you’re getting enough Healthy Fats. These small adjustments can make a big difference. Stick with single ingredient foods. Give up the Sugar in all forms. It does not serve you.
Faith: This week’s reflection: “Faith without works is dead.” – James 2:26. Take small steps every day towards your goals, trusting that your effort will bear fruit.
