What I’m Baking, Learning & Letting Go Of This Week

My freeze-and-bake cookie series continues. Plus, how I fixed a big Amazon mistake!

Sometimes I laugh thinking about how different my weeks can look. One moment I’m testing cookie dough recipes, the next I’m digging into e-commerce tools, then chatting about Feminine Leadership, and ending the day in prayer.

But that’s the beauty of this season… learning, growing, and sharing it all with you.

🍪 Food: Make-Ahead Holiday Cookies!

My Freeze-and-Bake Anytime cookie series continues. It’s perfect for busy holiday weeks when you want homemade sweetness without the chaos.

Make your dough ahead, freeze, and bake whenever you need a quick treat (or a last-minute gift!).

It’s one of my favorite ways to take the pressure off during the holidays — because homemade doesn’t have to mean high stress.

This week, I learned something game-changing about affiliate marketing — and if you share products online, you’ll want to know this too!

Turns out, just sharing a regular Amazon link isn’t enough to earn commissions. You only get credit if the shopper is logged into Amazon when they click.

💡 The fix: Deep links!
I’m now using a free tool called Linktw.in to create deep links that ensure I’m credited properly.

I also love using Viral Vue. It shows how many people are promoting the same product, the engagement it’s getting, and even lets me track discount codes (like WELCOME10).

🛒 I always say it… I only promote what I truly use and love. Some things never make the cut!

💬 Podcast: Feminine Inspired Leadership

This week, I had the joy of interviewing Nicole Van Kuppeveld, author of Feminine Inspired Leadership: Power Redefined. Leadership Reimagined.

We talked about redefining leadership through empathy, intuition, and purpose and how those qualities can transform every area of life.

💪 Fitness: My Current Routine

Lately, I’ve been loving Pilates, light strength training, and the vibration plate.
I’m taking a break from long walks. My body’s been giving me some gentle feedback (a little cramping and numbness at night), so I’m listening and adjusting.

The key: move with intention, not pressure.

🙏 Faith: Let Go and Trust

If you’ve been feeling the weight of “trying to handle it all,” this one’s for you.

Give your worries to God. You were never meant to carry it all alone.

Sometimes, surrender is the most powerful strength you can choose.

With love and grace,
Fitness Chef Chris 💛
