If you’ve been here for a while, you may have noticed a shift.

Along with food, fitness, and faith, I’ve started talking more openly about making money online and financial stability—and I want to share why.

For six years, I coached women again and again who deeply wanted to feel better physically and mentally. Over time, affordability kept coming up.
This was especially true during Covid, when many women lost jobs or income overnight. They still wanted to care for their health, but financial stress made everything heavier.

Watching women over 50 struggle physically and financially was heartbreaking.

At the same time, I had to be honest about my own reality—I needed to make a living. I began supplementing my coaching income by making money online, and the more successful I became, the more I fell in love with what it offers:
time freedom
flexibility
creating once and earning again
opportunities beyond trading hours for dollars

From digital products to online sales to UGC-style work, it opened doors I didn’t even know existed.

I’ve always hated charging for coaching because I can’t guarantee results—everyone’s journey is individualized. I would much rather guide for free.


But what I can do is help teach women how to build income online.

Because I truly believe this:
financial stability and mental health go hand in hand.

💪 Fitness Is Still My Heart
That said—I am still deeply passionate about fitness.

We’ve been doing Sugar-Free January, and I love seeing women choose clearer energy, better focus, and steadier blood sugar. Movement is a huge part of that equation, and it doesn’t need to be complicated to be effective.
